We Did it It Guys!

You guys have been with me every step of the way when it comes to this book journey,

and I couldn’t be more grateful. Since not all of you were able to attend the book launch in November, I just wanted to share how it actually went!

First of all let me say that I wasn’t sure I would even do a book launch… but I’m grateful that some supportive friends (you know who you are!) really encouraged me to take a moment to celebrate and I’m so glad they did. (The irony is that there’s an entire section dedicated to the importance of celebrating and clearly you can see that I myself suck at it sometimes LOL) 😜

Thanks to the help of a wonderful team and Melyssa, the owner of Fable,

it was such a memorable night. It was probably the rainiest evening ever in Lisbon, so I couldn’t believe it was such a packed house 🌧️. I shared a bit about my inspiration for the book and it was so heart-warming to look out onto a room of supportive and smiling faces.

Coming back from my holidays in California, I was excited to have the opportunity to speak at Amplify (the chicest most amazing gym in Lisbon!) 🧘🏻‍♀️.

We gathered around to discuss how to make New Years resolutions that actually work. I shared some of my favorite psychology-backed tricks for setting goals so that they aren’t too overwhelming (which give you a much better chance of making them happen.) If you’re interested in learning more about that, let me know and I can share the detail. 😉

Truly no man (or woman) is a failure who has friends, and I for one feel like a very lucky woman to have all of you. Thanks again so much for being here - it means a lot. 🤗

Onward and upward.

BTW, my mission is help people love their lives so they never want to leave them.

Every week I do my best to share things with you that are inspiring, encouraging, and beneficial.
